Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries.

Schedule site visits with interested buyers and follow up until closure.
Maintain calling records, daily reports, and lead status in CRM or Excel.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly target of leads, site visits, and sales conversions.
