Program Coordinator

• Conduct daily lead calling and follow-ups for candidate conversion and enrollment.

• Counsel prospective candidates regarding training programs, eligibility, course duration, fees and placement opportunities.

• Complete student admissions as per organizational guidelines.

• Coordinate batch allocations, joining schedules and onboarding processes.

• Maintain student and batch documentation including admission forms, ID proofs, attendance and consent forms.

• Regularly update MIS records with accurate student and batch information.

• Maintain daily attendance records for students, staff and visitors.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports.

• Coordinate On-the-Job Training (OJT) with Home Care and Centre teams.

• Track OJT completion and collect required feedback and documentation.

• Coordinate with HR for induction, onboarding and placement formalities.

• Maintain placement tracking sheets and placement status records.

• Organize certificate distribution programs and batch completion events.

• Manage inventory records and conduct regular stock verification.

• Coordinate with vendors for operational requirements and billing processes.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative and operational activities at the centre.

• Develop success stories and impact documentation for beneficiaries and placed candidates.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, confidentiality standards and operational procedures.

• Support management with audit and documentation requirements.

• Handle petty cash, maintain expense records and submit monthly bills/statements.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong communication and counseling skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MIS management

• Ability to handle documentation and administrative processes efficiently

• Good coordination and multitasking abilities

• Strong follow-up and reporting skills

• Attention to detail and organizational skills

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Graduate in any discipline

• 1–2 years of experience in training coordination, placement coordination, administration or counseling preferred

• Experience in skill development/training institutes will be an added advantag
