Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for real estate inquiries
Qualify leads and understand customer requirements
Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team
Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Maintain and update lead details in CRM
Share daily call and lead status reports
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead closures
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in real estate pre-sales / telecalling
Good communication skills in English & local language
Target-driven and customer-focused approach
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Excel
Ability to handle high call volumes
