Job Description

Position: Pre-Sales Executive

Location: 7th Floor, Pride Corporate Park, Sector 136, Noida

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Job Responsibilities :

• Tele-calling and interacting with incoming sales leads

• Identifying and verifying genuine enquiries

• Maintaining regular updates in CRM

• Coordinating with the sales team to communicate client requirements clearly

• Preparing reports and updates

• Coordinating with the creative agency for getting marketing material as per the management’s requirements

• Running Social media campaigns

• Assisting the Chief Business Officer in marketing and promotional activities

Required Skills :

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English

• Mature, convincing, logical, and quick learner

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills

• Comfortable with CRM updates and reporting

• Proficient at using the leading AI tools like ChatGPT for creating and improving content.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in running social media campaigns

• Graphic designing knowledge or certifications

• Prior experience in real estate pre-sales or lead management
