We are looking for a Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Finolink Business Consulting Private Limited. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle personal loan sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Generate leads through telecalling.
Explain personal loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.
Collect and verify customer KYC and financial documents.
Process loan applications and coordinate with credit and operations teams for approval and disbursement.
Follow up with customers regarding pending documents and application status.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Update customer and sales information in the CRM system.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly business targets while maintaining good customer service.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 6 months of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
