Role: Associate – Outbound Voice with Sales process, Lead Generation, Activation & Retention.

• Lead Generation & Sales: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell top-tier banking products like Credit Cards, Loan, Insurance.

• · Customer Engagement: Handle inbound queries, ensuring customers receive accurate information and exceptional service.

  
  Salary Structure:(In-Hand Fixed Monthly)

• Fresher: ₹16,000-18,000/month fixed (depends on your interview)

• Experienced (BPO/Tele-sales): Upto 25,000/month (Depends on your last in hand and interview performance hike will be provided)

• Experienced (Insurance Sales): Budget up to ₹30,000/month (Depends on your last in hand and interview performance hike will be provided - Thane location)

• PLUS: Generous, Performance-Based Incentives on top of your fixed salary!

  
  Eligibility:
  Minimum Graduation (Any Stream) is Mandatory !!!

Good command of the English language.

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday, Fixed Day Shifts (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM). Alternate Saturdays off and Sundays fixed off
