Eligibility

• Freshers to 2 years of experience

• Experience in Sales, Business Development, Counseling, Admissions, or Customer Engagement will be preferred

• Strong communication, presentation, and convincing skills

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets

• Comfortable with field work, events, and travel

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Counselor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, counseling students, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.

• Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.

• Convert inquiries into admissions by providing accurate information and guidance.

• Maintain and update lead details in the CRM.

• Schedule campus visits and coordinate with the admissions team.

• Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
