R3S Credit Solution India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and target-driven Telecallers / Loan Sales Executives to promote and sell loan products through outbound and inbound calls. The role involves explaining loan offerings, generating leads, and closing sales in coordination with banks and NBFCs.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain loan products.

• Handle inbound inquiries related to loans.

• Generate and follow up on leads for loan sales.

• Explain loan details such as ROI, tenure, eligibility, and documentation.

• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for login, approval, and disbursement.

• Maintain daily call reports and lead status.

• Achieve assigned monthly targets.

• Ensure proper documentation and customer follow-ups.

• Maintain professional and ethical sales practices.
  Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Good communication skills (Hindi / English; regional language preferred).

  • Basic knowledge of loans or willingness to learn.

  • Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.

  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.

  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM is a plus).

  • Experience in loan sales or telecalling is an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
