We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Loan Advisor Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a deep understanding of Personal Loans (PL) and Overdraft (OD) products. The role will involve engaging with potential customers, identifying their financial needs, recommending suitable loan and overdraft solutions, and ensuring smooth loan processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:

    • Proactively identify and acquire new customers for Personal Loans (PL) and Overdraft (OD) products.

    • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

    • Engage in lead generation activities, including cold calling, networking, and referrals to generate a robust pipeline.

    • Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to assess their financial needs and provide personalized loan solutions.

  • Customer Consultation & Relationship Building:

    • Conduct detailed discussions with customers to understand their financial requirements, and recommend the best loan products based on their needs.

    • Explain loan features, terms, interest rates, repayment options, and eligibility criteria clearly and effectively.

    • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers, offering follow-up support as needed.

  • Loan Application Process:

    • Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.

    • Collaborate with underwriting teams to ensure timely processing and approval of loans.

    • Ensure a smooth and hassle-free loan disbursal process for the customer.

  • Market Analysis:

    • Keep updated with current market trends, loan products, and competitor offerings.

    • Identify opportunities for improving sales strategies and customer engagement techniques.

  • Compliance & Documentation:

    • Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies, banking regulations, and legal requirements.

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and loan status.

  • Customer Service:

    • Provide excellent post-sale service to customers, handling any issues or inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

    • Resolve any customer complaints related to loan products or services.

Requirements:

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales or financial services, preferably in Personal Loans (PL), Overdrafts (OD), or related products.

    • Experience in direct sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.

  • Skills:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate loan products.

    • Negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.

    • Good understanding of financial products, including interest rates, loan eligibility, and repayment terms.

    • Familiarity with loan processing and underwriting systems is a plus.

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.

  • Attributes:

    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and target-driven.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
