Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell Personal Loan and Overdraft products. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and convincing skills, along with a basic understanding of financial products, especially personal loans and OD facilities. The role requires proactive lead generation, client handling, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, references, and field activities.
Explain product features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.
Convince and guide customers in choosing suitable loan or overdraft products.
Follow up with prospects and convert them into successful sales.
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursement.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
