Loan Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Loan Telesales Executive to promote and sell loan products over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining loan products, and assisting customers throughout the application process.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers through outbound calls.

• Explain loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, and Loan Against Property.

• Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.

• Generate and qualify leads from provided databases.

• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful applications.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Coordinate with the operations team for documentation and loan processing.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

• Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum HSC/Graduate in any discipline.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Experience in telesales, telecalling, banking, finance, or loan sales is preferred.
