Roles & Responsibilities:

Customers ko loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, etc.) ke liye call karna
Leads par follow-up karna & customer ko loan process samjhana
Customer ki basic details & documents collect karna
Loan eligibility check karna (basic level)
Daily calling targets achieve karna
CRM / Excel me customer data update karna

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English basic)
Telecalling / sales experience preferred (Freshers can apply)
Target-oriented & confident personality
