Job Summary:
VSG India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive to drive business growth through outbound calling and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and prior experience in inside sales, especially in B2B environments.

Make outbound calls to potential clients for lead generation
Fix appointments for the Sales/BDM team
Maintain database of prospects and follow-ups
Explain company services (Security Guarding & Facility Management)
Handle client queries professionally
Track daily calling reports and lead status
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate / Undergraduate (both can apply)
1–3 years of relevant experience in telecalling or inside sales
Experience in B2B calling is preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred)
Qualification:
Graduate / Undergraduate (with relevant experience)
