Job Title: Tele Counsellor – Domestic
Function: Call Centre
Job Location: Gurgaon, Sector 18
Working Time:
6 days working (Monday to Saturday)
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday fixed off
Minimum Education:
12th Pass (Result in hand)
Undergraduates can also apply
Work Experience:
Freshers with good communication skills can apply
6 months to 5 years of experience in BPO outbound process preferred
Industry Exposure Required:
Ability to communicate in both Hindi and English
Experience in outbound telecalling / telesales / lead generation
Exposure to outbound calling process preferred
Travel: Not required
Compensation:
Freshers: ₹16,000 in hand (₹20,000 CTC)
Experienced: Up to ₹21,000 – ₹25,000 (in hand / CTC same, no PF deduction)
Job Role:
Candidates will be provided leads of interested students
Call the students and convince them to attend a free walk-in seminar
Candidate Criteria:
Minimum 12th pass
No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) issues such as S-SH, V-VH, P-PH sound errors
No strong regional touch in communication
Good speech clarity
Age: 18 to 34 years
Confident and talkative personality
Able to speak 3–4 lines on any given topic during evaluation
Additional Requirement:
Candidate should be medically fit and able to work in a calling environment.
