Job Title: Lead Generation & Sales Executive
Company: Pixel Box Studios
Location: Work From Home
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Role & Responsibilities
-Reach out to potential businesses via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
-Pitch Pixel Box Studios’ services clearly and professionally.
-Generate qualified leads and close deals.
-Fix appointments and speak with decision-makers
-Regular follow-ups and lead tracking.
-Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding.
Targets & Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Monthly Target: Minimum 10 clients
Incentives:
• Paid on every client closed above the target
• No cap on incentives
💰 Higher performance = higher earnings.
Requirements
• Good communication skills (English / Hindi / Marathi)
• Comfortable with outbound calling and WhatsApp conversations
• Basic understanding of social media & digital marketing services
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Sales or lead generation experience is a plus (not mandatory)
