Job Summary

The Kuber Group is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive to identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team in achieving business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through phone calls, online research, social media, and other channels.

• Contact potential customers and introduce the company's products or services.

• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM or database.

• Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.

• Follow up with prospective customers to nurture leads.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.

• Prepare reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.

Eligibility

• Graduate or Undergraduate (Freshers can apply).

• Experience in Lead Generation, Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Support is an added advantage.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
