About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, explaining our research-based services, and converting qualified leads while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients through phone calls and follow-ups.

• Understand customer requirements and explain the company's research services.

• Convert qualified leads into clients by building trust and maintaining professional communication.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.

• Follow all company policies and applicable SEBI regulations during client interactions.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

• Good convincing and relationship-building skills.

• Basic knowledge of the stock market and financial products is preferred.

• Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, MBA, or equivalent preferred).

• 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, BPO, or Financial Services.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
