Role Overview
The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients through digital platforms, outbound calling, social media, and marketing campaigns. This role is critical in converting interest into meaningful client conversations for the advisory team.
Key Responsibilities
Generate high-quality leads through calling, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and digital campaigns
Engage with prospects, understand basic investment needs, and qualify leads for advisors
Manage inbound inquiries from website, social media, ads, and referrals
Coordinate with Wealth Managers to schedule meetings and follow-ups
Maintain accurate lead data in CRM / Excel / tracking sheets
Execute WhatsApp broadcasts, email campaigns, and promotional outreach
Track lead performance, conversion ratios, and daily activity reports
Support marketing initiatives such as webinars, events, and campaigns
Ensure a professional and compliant communication approach with prospects
Desired Skills & Attributes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident on calls and comfortable speaking with HNI & retail clients
Basic understanding or interest in financial products (Mutual Funds, Equity, PMS, AIFs)
Experience in lead generation, tele-calling, sales support, or digital outreach
Organized, target-driven, and follow-up oriented
Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly targets
Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business
