Position: IT Sales Executive

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Role Overview
Seeking a result-driven IT Sales professional with 1-4 years of experience in selling IT services
or software solutions. The candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end sales cycles,
client acquisition, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
● Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
● Identify business opportunities in IT services (Web, App, AI/ML, Digital Marketing, etc.)
● Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement gathering
● Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals
● Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospects
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills
● Strong understanding of IT services and technology solutions
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills
● Experience in B2B sales preferred
● Ability to manage sales pipeline independently
● Target-oriented and self-motivated
Preferred Background
● Experience in domestic and/or international markets
● Familiarity with proposal drafting and contract discussions
● Basic technical understanding to coordinate with development teams
