• Generate and qualify new business leads

• Understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities

• Schedule appointments and meetings for the Business Development Team

• Follow up consistently with new and existing leads

• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM

• Coordinate with the sales team for quotations and follow-ups

• Maintain daily calling and lead-generation reports

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/lead-generation targets•

• Build strong and professional relationships with corporate customers

## 👤 What We're Looking For

• Graduate in any discipline

• 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or IT Sales preferred

• Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply

Excellent English, Hindi & Marathi• communication skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

• Strong communication, convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets

• Interest in IT Hardware, Networking, and Technology Solutions
