We are looking for Telesales Executives to join our team at Venus Web Services. This role involves handling Customers Inbound And Outbound Calls. Solving Queries, Telling Them About Products / Offers / Services. The Position offers fixed salary & lucrative Incentives. Key Responsibilities :- • Proactively make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce new offers and services. • Understand customer needs, provide accurate information, and offer suitable solutions. • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and ongoing promotions. • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. • Follow communication scripts and guidelines while adapting to customer responses naturally. • Provide feedback to the team leader on customer concerns and recurring issues. Job Requirements :- • Have Basic English communication skills (and a smile in your voice). • A patient listener and a persuasive speaker. • Resilient, goal-oriented, and love challenges. • A team player with a positive "can-do" attitude. • Candidates must be open to working in Night shift.(Freshers are enthusiastically welcome!
