**Position:** Executive – Insurance Sales (Cross Sales Vertical)

### Role Overview

Hiring for dynamic and result-oriented executives for the Cross Sales Vertical at Tata Capital Ltd.. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling multiple insurance products including Health, Term, Life, and Motor Insurance through customer engagement and lead conversion activities.

### Key Responsibilities

* Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation activities

* Promote and sell Health, Term, Life, and Motor Insurance products

* Build strong customer relationships and maintain regular follow-ups

* Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance solutions

* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

* Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports

### Required Skills

* Strong communication and convincing skills

* Experience in cold calling and lead generation

* Good sales and negotiation abilities

* Customer handling and relationship management skills

### Preferred Candidate Profile
