Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate business through telesales.

• Explain health insurance plans, policy benefits, features, coverage and other relevant details to customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health insurance solutions.

• Handle customer queries, follow-ups and objections professionally.

• Convert prospective leads into successful sales.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers and ensure timely lead closure.

• Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining quality customer interactions.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in Tele Sales / Financial Sales / Insurance Sales is mandatory.

• Candidates with experience in Health Insurance, Life Insurance, General Insurance, Banking, Financial Products or related sales profiles will be preferred.

• Strong communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
