Position: Insurance Executive / New Car Insurance Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Handle insurance sales for new car deliveries and explain available insurance plans to customers.

• Generate insurance business from new car customers and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Explain insurance coverage, premium, add-ons, policy benefits, and terms & conditions.

• Coordinate with customers, sales teams, insurance companies, and other dealership departments.

• Prepare insurance quotations and assist customers with policy issuance.

• Follow up with customers for insurance confirmation and documentation.

• Maintain accurate records of insurance policies, customer details, and daily sales.

• Ensure timely completion of insurance formalities before vehicle delivery.

• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.

• Cross-sell relevant insurance add-ons and maximize insurance revenue.

• Resolve customer queries related to insurance policies and coordinate with insurers when required.

Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate / Diploma

• Experience: 1–3 years in automobile insurance, car dealership, insurance sales, or a related field.

• Good knowledge of motor insurance and new car insurance processes.

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

• Sales-oriented with the ability to achieve targets.

• Basic computer knowledge and good documentation skills.

• Candidates with experience in an automobile dealership will be preferred.
