We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Motor Insurance Telesales Executive to join our BPO team. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining motor insurance products, and closing sales over the phone while delivering excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and sell motor insurance policies.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Explain policy features, benefits, coverage, and pricing.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Update customer details and sales activities in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Eligibility
12th Pass or Graduate.
6 Months Experience in Tele Sales, BPO, or Insurance Sales is preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Target-oriented with good negotiation and closing skills.
