Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Experience Required: 6 Months – 2 Years

About the Role We're looking for an energetic, target-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team and convert conversations into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage potential customers via calls, emails, and digital platforms

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

• Convert leads into successful sales

• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline

• Achieve monthly revenue and performance targets

• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM

• Provide strong post-sale support and follow-ups

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to boost campaign performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months – 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or similar

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Confident in negotiation and closing deals

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools

• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented

Preferred (Bonus)

• Experience in Fitness, Wellness, or Healthcare industry

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
