## What You'll Do

As an Inside Sales Executive, you'll be the driving force behind our business growth. Your role will involve:

✅ Engaging with potential customers through calls, emails, and digital platforms

✅ Understanding customer requirements and recommending the right solutions

✅ Converting leads into successful sales opportunities

✅ Building and managing a healthy sales pipeline

✅ Achieving monthly revenue targets and performance goals

✅ Maintaining accurate customer records in CRM systems

✅ Providing exceptional customer support and follow-ups

✅ Working closely with marketing and sales teams to maximize campaign success

## What We're Looking For

✔ 6 months to 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or a similar role

✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills

✔ Confidence in negotiation and closing deals

✔ Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools

✔ Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented personality
