We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated candidates to join our growing Real Estate Sales Team.

The role involves connecting with potential clients, generating leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining property projects, scheduling site visits and converting leads into sales.

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients

• Generate & qualify real estate leads

• Explain property projects and offerings

• Understand customer requirements

• Schedule site visits

• Follow up with interested clients

• Maintain customer records

• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets

✅ REQUIREMENTS:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

• Confident & persuasive communication

• Basic computer knowledge

• Target-oriented & self-motivated

• Positive attitude
