Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and online channels
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure lead conversion

Update and manage customer data in CRM systems
Build and maintain strong client relationships
