Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
● Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to introduce the company's products and services.
● Identify new business opportunities through outbound calling and lead generation activities.
● Qualify leads and identify customer requirements.
Customer Follow-up & Coordination
● Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication throughout the sales cycle.
● Schedule meetings or property/site visits for the sales team, where applicable.
● Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
● Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
CRM & Reporting
● Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
● Prepare daily sales activity reports and follow-up status reports.
Target Achievement
● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
● Ensure timely closure of sales opportunities and maintain high customer satisfaction.
