Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and articulate Inside Sales Executive to manage inbound leads and convert prospective customers into successful closures. This is not a cold-calling role. You will handle qualified leads, guide customers through the process, and ensure a smooth sales journey.
This role requires excellent spoken English, strong persuasion skills, and prior experience in inbound or inside sales.
What You'll Do:
Handle inbound calls and online leads from prospective customers
Drive the full sales cycle from inquiry to closure
Conduct follow-ups via phone and email
Occasionally meet customers in-person, if needed
Work with a 2–5 day average sales cycle
Edit and maintain sales scripts for high-impact communication
Actively participate in CRM, lead tracking, and funnel management
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹32,500 + ₹25,000 – ₹32,500 Annual Bonus + Incentives
Fixed Annual CTC: ₹3,00,000 - ₹3,90,000 per annum
Additional Incentives: Monthly + Quarterly
