We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our property sales, acting as the primary point of contact between buyers and sellers. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and guiding clients through the entire closing process to achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with potential and existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Site Visits & Showings: Schedule and conduct property viewings, site visits, and open houses for potential buyers, highlighting key property features and value propositions.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate property prices, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated with local market trends, property values, competitors, and zoning regulations to provide expert advice to clients.
Administrative & Reporting: Maintain accurate, up-to-date client data in the CRM system and prepare regular sales activity reports for management.
Transaction Support: Coordinate with legal, finance, and other departments to ensure a smooth, compliant transaction process from booking to handover.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Proven experience (1–3+ years) as a Sales Executive in the real estate industry or a similar high-ticket, fast-paced sales role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
Skills:
Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, LeadSquared) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Requirements:
Valid local real estate license or certification (if required by local law).
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate client schedules.
