About the Role:
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating potential business leads for Google Ads solution under the Goldie process. The role involves data mining, lead research, outbound calling, and lead qualification to support the field sales team in driving merchant acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct data mining and research to identify potential businesses interested in digital advertising solutions.
2. Generate qualified leads through different online platforms, including business directories, social media, and internal databases.
3. Make outbound calls to prospects to introduce Google Ads solution and understand their business requirements.
4. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the field sales team to conduct in-person meetings and close sales.
5. Maintain accurate lead records, call logs, and follow-up details in the CRM or lead management system.
6. Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.
7. Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects to maintain engagement.
8. Ensure timely reporting of lead generation activities and MIS updates.
Requirements
1. Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
2. 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, tele-calling, or lead generation roles.
3. Candidates with experience in digital marketing agencies or online advertising sales.
4. Basic understanding of digital marketing or Google Ads is preferred.
5. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to perform online research and data mining to identify potential prospects.
7. Target-driven and comfortable with daily calling and lead generation KPIs.
