Job Responsibilitie
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for air curtains and related products
Generate leads through telephone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online inquiries
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable air curtain models
Prepare and share quotations, product details, and commercial proposals
Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into orders
Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers and generate repeat business
Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and service teams for order execution
Maintain customer and sales records in CRM/Excel
Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets
Coordinate with dealers, distributors, contractors, and business customers
Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses
