Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Inside Sales/Lead Generation

Location: D-108, Noida Sector-63
Working Hours-9am -6pm(Flexible)-Monday to Saturday.
Experience: 1 Years and Above (Inside Sales / Lead Generation / B2B Hunting)
Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Inside B2B BDM who can hunt new contacts from assigned account lists, generate qualified leads, and convert them into business opportunities through outbound efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and hunt new decision-makers within assigned accounts
· Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and research tools
· Qualify prospects and create sales-ready opportunities
· Schedule meetings for sales and account management teams
· Maintain lead data, activities, and pipeline in CRM
· Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets
Required Skills:
· Experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to research and build new contacts within target accounts
· Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups
Preferred Qualifications:
· B2B experience in IT, UC, AV, or technology solutions
· Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
· Number of new contacts generated
· Qualified leads per month
· Meetings or demos scheduled
· Revenue pipeline created
