Experience: Minimum 2 years Location: Noida Sec 58 Positions: 10 Annual CTC : 25k to 30k in-hand As a sales first organization, we work 6 days. Responsibilities and Duties ● Primary focus should be on the sales of equipment to B2B customers.(gyms, educational institutions, corporates, clubs etc) ● Direct Outreach via calls to generate prospective clients and generate leads in the area of concern ● Must contact all potential clients and potential customers to discuss their requirements. ● Compliance to set processes through CRM and reporting guidelines ● Should provide a concise description of the products and services to the customers and also draw attention to the benefits of the available services. ● Generate business leads for the company and also prepare and maintain statistical data and provide reports whenever necessary. ● Meet daily/weekly/monthly outreach and sales targets Key Skills ● Should be competitive and confident. ● Should be focused on delivering the best for the organisation. ● They should be able to take initiative and work on their own to achieve targets. ● Be a good team player. ● Should be excellent with verbal communication. ● Ability to grasp and relay technical information related to the products Qualifications and Experience ● Minimum 2 years of sales experience ( preference for high value sales) ● Education : Bachelor's degree in relevant fields ( minimum) ● Preference for B2B sales experience
