Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.
Follow up with leads and prospective customers.
Prepare and share quotations based on customer requirements.
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Build good customer relationships and ensure a positive experience.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking execution.
Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and upselling.
Key Skills / Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Travel Sales.
Travel/tourism industry experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer and CRM/lead management knowledge.
Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries.
Passion for travel, sales, and customer interaction.
Female candidates preferred.
Comfortable working from Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru.
Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 + incentives.
