Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to support business expansion by generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and driving conversions. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to customer on boarding and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to generate leads and business opportunities
Handle customer inquiries and convert them into sales
On board new customers and ensure smooth account setup
Maintain regular follow-ups to drive repeat business
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Update and manage data in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery

Required Qualifications & Skills

Graduate or pursuing graduation
1–2 years of experience in inside sales/tele-sales (preferred)
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills

Industry preference: Freight Forwarding (preferred)
