Source and acquire high-quality used vehicles from multiple channels including walk-in sellers, retail outlets, auctions, and wholesale distributors, ensuring alignment with business procurement goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers to deliver an excellent customer experience, fostering trust and long-term engagement.
Connect with UAE-based sellers from the Gurgaon office through outboundcalls, assisting them throughout the selling process and ensuring transparent, smooth transactions.
Coordinate with the Pricing team to finalize competitive pricing and manage real-time updates on active bids and transactions.
Monitor market trends and vehicle pricing patterns across regions to optimize sourcing strategies and enhance profitability.
Oversee vehicle inspection coordination, ensuring vehicles meet the company’s quality and reconditioning standards before final purchase.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and deal structures to achieve the best possible margins while maintaining efficiency.
Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely vehicle pickups, documentation completion, and seamless coordination.
Maintain accurate procurement and sales performance reports to support data-driven business decisions.
Represent CARS24 with professionalism and integrity, ensuring every interaction reflects our values and commitment to customer excellence.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in used vehicle procurement, retail operations, or sales (automotive domain preferred).
Strong understanding of vehicle types, pricing trends, and regional market dynamics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM tools, and procurement platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
