We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Hindi Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain products/services, generate leads, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent Hindi communication skills and a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate information.

• Explain company products, services, offers, and processes to customers.

• Generate leads and convert potential customers into successful business opportunities.

• Follow up with interested customers regularly.

• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and customer details.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling/sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

• Coordinate with the Team Leader and other departments when required.

• Maintain a polite, professional, and positive attitude while speaking with customers..
  

Required Skills

• Excellent Hindi speaking and communication skills.

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Basic English communication is an advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Good customer-handling skills.

• Ability to work under targets and pressure.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
