Shreshrey Cards Services Private Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Hindi Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally. The role involves making outbound and inbound calls, explaining company products/services, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.

• Explain products and services clearly in Hindi.

• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/system.

• Follow up with customers as required.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues when necessary.

• Maintain professionalism and comply with company policies.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass, 12th Pass) and Graduation preferred.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi.

• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

• Good listening, convincing, and negotiation skills.
