We are looking for a motivated and confident Hindi Telecaller to contact customers, explain products or services, answer inquiries, and generate leads or sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products, services, and offers in Hindi.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
Record customer interactions and update databases/CRM systems.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
