Job Title: Hindi Telecaller
Department: Sales / Customer Support
Experience: Fresher & Experienced Both
Job Location: Noida, Sector 63
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products and services in Hindi.
Communicate with customers professionally and understand their requirements.
Generate leads and convert potential customers into interested customers.
Provide accurate information about products, services, offers, and processes.
Follow up with interested customers regularly to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns over the phone.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-up details.
Achieve assigned calling targets and performance goals.
Coordinate with the Team Leader and reporting manager for daily updates.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude while communicating with customers.
Required Skills
Excellent Hindi communication skills.
Basic English understanding is preferred.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Confident and polite telephone communication.
Ability to handle customer objections.
Basic computer knowledge.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
