We are looking for an energetic and confident Hindi Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers in Hindi, explaining products/services, resolving basic queries, and generating leads or sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and potential customers.
Communicate professionally in Hindi and understand customer requirements.
Explain company products, services, offers, and benefits.
Generate leads and convert potential customers into sales.
Follow up with interested customers regularly.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling/sales targets.
Coordinate with the team leader regarding customer feedback and leads.
Follow company policies, calling guidelines, and quality standards.
Required Skills
Excellent Hindi communication skills.
Good convincing and negotiation ability.
Confident and positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customers professionally.
