We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Hindi Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers in Hindi, explaining products/services, handling customer queries, and achieving assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Communicate clearly and professionally in Hindi.

• Explain company products, services, offers, and processes to customers.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

• Handle customer questions and resolve basic queries professionally.

• Follow company policies, scripts, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with the Team Leader and other departments when required.

Required Skills

• Excellent Hindi communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of English is an advantage.

• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Good listening and communication skills.

Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Freshers can apply.

• Telecalling, BPO, sales, or customer-service experience will be an advantage.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
