We are looking for a motivated and confident Hindi Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain products or services, and maintain positive customer relationships. The candidate should have good communication skills in Hindi and basic knowledge of customer handling. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹13,000 - ₹17,000.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers or receive inbound calls.
Explain company products, services, or offers in Hindi.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with customers for sales, feedback, or support.
Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
Resolve basic customer issues professionally.
Achieve daily or monthly calling targets.

Required Skills
