We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Inbound Telecallers to handle incoming customer calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information about products and services. Candidates should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer calls professionally
Answer queries and provide complete information
Maintain call records and update CRM system
Follow up with customers when required
Achieve daily/weekly performance targets
Provide excellent customer service experience

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
Good communication skills (Hindi / English)
Basic computer knowledge required
