We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our BPO team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, solving queries, providing information about services, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Explain products and services to customers
Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively
Maintain records of customer interactions
Follow up with customers when required
Achieve daily and monthly performance targets
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Good communication skills in Hindi
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle customers politely
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment
