Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telesales Executive for the Loan Process who can handle outbound calls, explain loan products, generate leads, and close sales by converting customer inquiries into successful loan applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to promote loan products (Personal Loan / Home Loan / Business Loan

• Explain loan features, interest rates, EMI options, eligibility, and documentation

• Understand customer requirements and suggest the best suitable loan product

• Generate leads and convert prospects into loan applications

• Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines
  

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (English +Hindi)

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Eligibility:

• Qualification: PUC / Any Graduate

• Experience: Fresher or Experience in Telesales/Loan Process preferred
