Job Title: Health Counsellor / Lead Generation Executive
We are looking for a Health Counsellor to join our team at Zoya Ayurveda, GTB Nagar, Delhi. The role involves speaking with interested patients, understanding their requirements, providing basic information about our Ayurveda wellness programs, and following up with leads. We offer a salary of ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month along with career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and communicate with interested patients/leads.
Understand patient requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
Explain basic information about Ayurveda treatment and consultation services.
Follow up regularly with interested leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups.
Convert interested leads into consultations/bookings.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Maintain professional and respectful communication with patients.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Lead Generation, Customer Support or Patient Counselling.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Excellent Hindi communication skills.
Good convincing and counselling ability.
Confident and target-oriented personality.
Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Location: GTB Nagar, Delhi
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
